Arnie was a phenomenal artist and a pleasure to show
Like himself, his work was not slick, yet gritty and real
Depicting the struggles of mankind (often in epic scale)
As well as his own
Autobiographical, often a figure in his own sculpture.
After the death of his beloved daughter Izzy,
His immense grief and love for her found expression in his work.
He was himself and everyman
His work has soul and truth
